Home away from Home<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Africa is a vast and incredible place. No account of its mysteries and wonders truly ever translate to the actual experience. In the south-west of this mind-blowing continent lies Namibia, land of contrast and wide open spaces. Rich in bio and geo diversity and culture, it is no mystery to see why Namibia is such a star destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Terrain<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Okutala Etosha Lodge is situated between the hills of the 24 000 hectares of Okutala land, located just below the world renowned Etosha National Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Okutala Etosha has a large variety of animals species, wild and tame. This is where the Okutala guests and day visitors can participate in a daily feeding tour of our Hyenas, Giraffes, Elephants and many more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a long day of driving and safaris, wind down at the sparkling pool and enjoy a relaxing sundowner, while watching our multitude of animals at the nearby waterhole from up close.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Main Gate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our Main Gate is manned by a Security guard 24 hours, seven days a week.
The gate is however locked between 19H00 and 07H00. Guests must sign in at arrival at the gate. The Guard will announce your arrival to Reception. If guests are delayed en-route to us for whatsoever reason, they call the lodge to make arrangements for late arrival. The guard is available to unlock the gate between 19H00 and 07H00 and allow guests entry to the farm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Guests are requested to report to Reception upon arrival at the Lodge. Once checked in and your luggage placed in your room\/s, kindly park your vehicle in the shaded parking area near Reception. Please close all windows and lock your vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Directions from Windhoek<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Self-Drive Directions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Okutala Etosha is about 400km north of the capital city, Windhoek. From Windhoek take the B1 to Otjiwarongo then take the C38 to Etosha National Park\u2019s Anderson Gate. From Outjo drive approximately 70km before turning left onto a gravel road D2695. Drive 6km on D2695, turn left at the Okutala Etosha main entrance gate. 11km on the gravel road will bring you to the main lodge where we will await your with our warm Okutala hospitality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From Okutala Etosha Lodge to the Etosha Park Anderson gate is 40km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
